my approach
My coaching approach weaves together transformational and trauma-informed practices to offer a grounded, compassionate space—one where you can take a breath, come home to yourself, and get curious about what truly matters to you.
Together, we’ll use a mix of conversation, breathwork, and somatic (body-based) techniques to gently uncover the patterns, beliefs, and physical tensions that may be keeping you stuck. The goal isn’t to “fix” you or add more to your plate—it’s to help you reconnect with the wisdom, strength, and clarity you already hold within.
Through this work, you’ll begin to see yourself more clearly, understand what’s ready to shift, and find practical ways to move through life’s transitions with more ease and confidence. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, craving change, or simply wanting to live with more authenticity and presence, each session meets you right where you are—with empathy, guidance, and space to be fully seen and heard.

about me
I’m a certified transformational and trauma-informed coach, and my work is rooted in one simple truth: meaningful change begins when we reconnect to ourselves.
My path into this work started with my own turning point—a moment when I realized I’d been living in a way that looked successful on the outside but felt disconnected on the inside. I had spent years trying to meet expectations, only to lose touch with what I truly needed and who I really was.
That realization set me on a path of deep self-inquiry and healing. Along the way, I learned what it means to rebuild from a place of authenticity—to listen to myself again, to hold space for what I’d ignored, and to grow from it.
Now, I help others do the same. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and presence. I create space for people to feel seen and heard, to untangle old patterns, and to reconnect with their inner voice. Whether someone is navigating transition, burnout, or the quiet sense that “something needs to change,” I walk beside them as they rediscover what’s real, aligned, and true for them.

No. Coaching focuses on present-moment awareness, patterns, growth, and personal reconnection—not diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Many clients find coaching complements therapy by giving them tools to regulate and reconnect between sessions.

Everyone’s journey is different, but many clients begin noticing shifts within a few sessions. Some prefer short-term support, while others choose ongoing coaching to deepen reconnection, nervous system regulation, and long-term growth.

I have an Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching and am currently going through the process of being accredited with the International Coaching Federation. The Compassionate Inquiry approach by Dr. Gabor Maté informs my work after completing
the 330-hour year-long professional training and most recently I became a Certified Internal Family Systems Informed Coach. As an Animas alum and a member of the ICF, I make ongoing learning a priority—attending supervision, workshops, and development trainings to keep my coaching sharp and supportive.
